The perfect cookware for this dish.
Today is National Noodle Day, and we couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than to share a favorite recipe for hotdish, prepared Minnesota-style using cream of mushroom soup and potato chips on top. We checked in with Nick Oliveri, who loves hotdish so much that he has a Facebook page devoted to it. He shared this recipe for tuna noodle casserole:

EASY TUNA HOTDISH

1 (8 oz.) box noodles, cooked
2 cans mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 can peas
2 cups grated cheese (cheddar works well)
2 tsp. salt
2 (8 oz.) cans tuna
Buttered bread crumbs, corn flakes or crushed potato chips.

In buttered casserole dish put noodles, peas, tuna, and cheese in layers, repeat until all ingredients are used up. Mix soup and milk together and pour over top and sprinkle the crunch of your choice over the top and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
