A story by City Pages' food critic, Rachel Hutton, has been included in the latest edition of Best Food Writing 2010. The prestigious annual anthology is a collection of the year's best essays and articles on food from national magazines, books, newspapers, and websites. Hutton was selected for her column in the November 25, 2009, issue of City Pages, "Anonymous online reviews affecting Twin Cities eateries," which revealed the frustrations of local restaurateurs with the proliferation of unfair and even malicious reviews by anonymous amateur writers at online sites like Yelp.

Another Twin Cities writer, Dara Moskowitz Grumdahl, was also honored in the anthology for her Minnesota Monthly article "The Doughnut Gatherer."

With Hutton's inclusion this year, she joins nationally acclaimed authors such as Calvin Trillin, Ruth Reichl, and Alice Waters, whose work is also featured in the 2010 edition.
