Pinstripes holds art contest to decorate Edina restaurant
Pinstripes, an Illinois-based restaurant concept, will open its third location later this month, bringing Italian fare, bowling (16 lanes!), and bocce (6 courts!) to Centennial Lakes in Edina, and it's looking to decorate its walls with some local art.

The restaurant is asking artists to create a painting that embodies the restaurant (working with a bowling, bocce, or bistro theme) to be considered for display. All participating artists will receive a Pinstripes $10 gift card just for entering and Pinstripes will offer prizes in three age groups (6-12, 13-17 and 18+): The first place winner will receive a party for 20 guests at Pinstripes.
Artwork may be submitted by delivering it to Pinstripes (3849 Gallagher Drive in Edina) by Monday, Nov. 15, 2010. Pinstripes will announce the winners on Sunday, December 5.
Pinstripes will open to the public on Saturday, November 20th.
