Adam Richman says Brasa serves one of America's Top 5 meals

Andrew Zimmern introduced Man vs. Food host Adam Richman to Brasa when he visited Minneapolis, and lo and behold, this week Richman singled out Brasa's slow-roasted pork and creamed spinach is one of the Top 5 American Meals Not to be Missed on the Today show.

Richman called Brasa chef Alex Roberts's "primal food passion product" and said that his meal was all about "indulging in the rapture of very well-made local food." Also notable, the Man vs. Food Wikipedia page cites former Hot Dish blogger Jessica Chapman's pithy description of the show, "...like the food version of Jackass, with host Adam Richman as its very own Steve-O."
