The Herb Box to replace Fhima's Zahtar in Eden Prairie
After restaurateur David Fhima transitioned out of his partnership with the Life Time athletic clubs to concentrate on Faces, Life Time has closed one of his Zahtar restaurants in its Eden Prairie Club. The downtown Minneapolis Zahtar continues to operate, but Fhima's involvement with Life Time is now limited to Faces serving as a bakery supplier to all of the health clubs' restaurant and LifeCafe operations.
Jana Freiband Fhima's days with Zahtar are over.
On December 13, Life Time plans to replace the restaurant with a branch of the Arizona-based mini-chain The Herb Box, a casual cafe and market that specializes in healthful (natural, organic) fare for eat-in or takeout.
