Amy Young Goetz is a Twin Cities-based baker and founder of Bramblewood Treats, which features shortbread cookies, cream scones, and hand-rolled caramels based on her great-grandmother's traditional Scottish recipes. The shortbread cookies are available in such flavors as classic butter, lavender ginger, lemon zest, orange chocolate chip, and espresso chocolate chip.
The cookies, scones, and caramels are available at several shops throughout the Twin Cities, including Surdyk's, Cooks of Crocus Hill, Kowalski's Markets, Local D'Lish, Golden Fig Fine Foods, and Fresh Seasons in Minnetonka.
