Gastro Non Grata Pre-Valentine Fricasee III
Gastro Non Grata's third annual "nose thumbing" at next month's most hated Hallmark holiday takes place on February 13 at the Triple Rock Social Club (doors at 6, show starts at 7).

Chowgirls catering will serve up samples of Indian Lamb Curry with Cinnamon-Scented Basmati Rice, Seven Spice Raita, and Asian Pork Short Ribs with Kim Chee Slaw.
Folks from Northern Brewer will be joined by Southern Tier Brewing Company (which takes its name from the western region of New York State), who will bring along some vigorously hopped ales and robust stouts. And Christian Aldrich, the pastry chef at Haute Dish, will provide a dessert that the Gastro guys describe as "the best Southern Tier-based cheesecake-type substance you will probably ever eat."
For music, 4onthefloor will headline the show, joined by Running Scared, and Whiskey Jeff and the Beer Back Band. And, as always, Clancey's Meat and Fish will be providing carnivorous door prizes.
