Volnay Bistro RIP...for now

Volnay hopes to resurrect this spring...

Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine reports that the pretty Volnay Bistro in downtown Wayzata shut its doors at the end of the year, but hopes to reopen in a new space this spring. The restaurant's management (Wayzata notable Liz Nolan is the owner) issued the following message on its website: Merci pour votre soutien. Jusqu'a que nous nous rencontrons a nouveau! (Thank you for your patronage. Until we meet again!) In the meantime, fans will have to do without their beloved omelets, bouchée a la reine, and beef Bourguignon.
