Winterfest 2011 tickets are sold out--but you can still win 'em
In spite of its chilly name, Winterfest is the hottest craft beer event of the year: Tickets for the 10th anniversary, 2011 event sold out in less than a minute!
Seven hundred tickets sold out in less than a minute. Seriously.
But you don't have to miss out. The Minnesota Craft Brewer's Guild is offering a pack of tickets to the event to the guy and gal who pledge the greatest devotion to Minnesota craft beer. Maybe you brew your own? Evangelize Flat Earth's beers to everyone you meet? Have the Surly logo tattooed to your chest?
All you have to do is explain, in 200 words or less, why you should be chosen as Mr. or Ms. Minnesota Craft beer, and send your submission to minnesotabrewers@gmail.com (details here) by 10 p.m. on Monday, January 31. The two winners will be awarded four tickets to Winterfest's Friday, February 4 event along with a private meet-and-greet with several Minnesota brewers.
