Every bite melts over the tongue in waves of competing and surprising flavors: The 70% bittersweet cocoa lends depth and character, offset by the crunchy, honey-toned bits of toffee, and finishing with a brace of salt. Eat the bar bottom to top to burst through the ambrosial, rich chocolate with the punchy little sea-formed crystals.
