Buffalo Wild Wings 7th-fastest-growing restaurant chain
The news is just out: Buffalo Wild Wings, a local company, is the seventh-fastest-growing restaurant chain in the nation. 
We just wrote about how wings are all the rage in our cover story, Wing to Power. Looks like in 2010, Buffalo Wild Wings' 732 restaurants grossed $1.7 billion in sales, a 14 percent increase from the year before, according to Technomic, the food service research and consulting firm that issued the report. That's a lot of chicken wings.

Note that off all the fast-growing chains, only Chipotle has more sales receipts than Buffalo Wild Wings.
