Gastro Non Grata : With a Side of St. Paul
The east side comes alive April 10 when our favorite food-and-music fest makes its first foray across the river for Gastro Non Grata : With A Side of St. Paul. 
"Good people of St. Paul, protect your ears and fortify your stomach," the crew announced. "We're finally gonna do it."
Festivities cost $7 and take place at the Turf Club, 1601 University Avenue, St. Paul, with doors at 6, show at 7. Matt McArthur of Cheeky Monkey Deli will be cooking with Lift Bridge Brewery pouring beers.
Bands include the Baby Boys, Nato Coles, and the Sex-Rays. As always, Northern Brewer will be boiling wort and sampling their latest concoction Clancey's Meats will raffle off one Dead Meat Door Prize.
New to this event, for an extra $3, hungry guests can descend into the Clown Lounge to experience the "Wet Dragons PBR Chili Cook-off." Jimmy Green and the rest of the Wet Dragons will be overseeing large crock pots of hearty stew and there will be guest judges, cash and swag prizes, and $3 tallboys.
