Bullfrog opening Wednesday in downtown Minneapolis

The Bullfrog Cajun Bar opens on Wednesday at 1111 Hennepin Ave. in downtown Minneapolis, from the man behind the Bulldog empire, Matt Lokowich.

The new Bullfrog has 24 tap lines with a focus on pilsners and lagers (easy-drinking session beers for Twins fans?) and the cuisine is cajun: "crawdads, clam bakes, po-boys, and fried green tomatoes." But fans of the Bulldogs' burgers won't have to do without--there are a few on the menu.
The bar will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
