U of M students have a new spot for Korean tacos and other Asian-fusion fare at the chic cafe, Green Spoon, at 26th and University Ave.

Green Spoon is open daily, from early morning until late night for everything from coffee to cupcakes, with a rice bowl or two in between.
The cupcakes have some heavy competition from their neighbor down the street, Cupcake, which focuses all its energy on the sweet treats. Better to go with the Korean-style Philly cheesesteak, which puts a soy-based marinade on the thin-sliced beef.
