Did the pioneers eat onion rings?
Admittedly it's not the first place we thought Porky's retro diner would end up: Little Log House Pioneer Village just outside Hastings, as part of a 160-acre collection of more than 50 historical buildings.

The purchaser, Steve Bauer, who owns Pioneer Village with his wife and adult daughters, spent Monday dismantling the building and hopes to start moving it as early as this weekend, according to the Pioneer Press.

Bauer's goal is to have the drive-in building ready to receive visitors (but not serve them food, though that may happen at some point in the future, as part of special fundraisers)--alongside a jailhouse, a chapel, a general store, and a root beer stand from the Porky's era--by its annual Little Log House Antique Power Show, Pioneer Village in late July.
