St. Paul Grill Scotch Club offers prix-fixe pairing dinner
The St. Paul Grill's celebrates the first anniversary of its Scotch Club by offering a prix-fixe dinner menu from May 16-26. The four-course dinner is available to Scotch Club members for $49.95, plus tax and gratuity--if you're not yet a member you can join the Scotch Club for free by signing up on The Grill's website. Here's what's cooking:
* Clam chowder with Nuskie's applewood smoked bacon and sweet corn paired with Talisker 10-year Scotch
* Smoked duck breast, served with roasted beet salad and paired Oban 14-year Scotch
* Scotch glazed beef short rib with vegetables and roasted fingerling potatoes, paired with Cragganmore 12-year Scotch
* Burnt Crème with fresh raspberries paired with a Dalwhinnie 15-year Scotch.
Scotch club members will receive notification for special events and sample pours of various scotches. Every Scotch Club member who has sampled every scotch on the Grill bar's menu will receive a complimentary 1.5-ounce pour of limited-edition, 55-year-old Macallan single-malt scotch, valued at $750!
