So what restos and gifts will be part of this annual Edina shindig?
Arrie Larsen Manti, President of the Edina Chamber of Commerce, said that in addition to all the nibbling, they'll have a gift bag of goodies and a logo wine glass for all guests to take home with them. As for the participating eateries, we're told that Big Bowl, P.F. Chang's, Eden Avenue Grill, The Good Earth, Salut Bar Americain and D'Amico & Sons are on board, along with several others. And, we've been assured that there will be microbrews in the mix (they've been a huge success in years past), and every varietal from oak-y Chardonnays to deep Zinfandels.

Tickets for the event are $30 and are available in person at the three Edina Liquor Store locations or through the Chamber of Commerce by phone or via its website. The Chamber invites Minneapolitans, Richfieldites and all Twin Citians to visit them at Centennial Lakes -- this is not just for the suburban city's residents. It's a day to share what Edina restos and liquor stores have to offer with everyone from Oakdale to Eden Prairie.
