Fish Bites event hooks top chefs for seafood dinner at MN Zoo

Elegance and sustainability at the Minnesota Zoo

​By the low, blue light reflected from the Discovery Bay exhibit, Fish Smart, the Minnesota Zoo's sustainable seafood effort, will host its first major event: Fish Bites.

Hosted by Sue Zelickson on Thursday, October 13, local celebrity chefs like Stewart Woodman of Heidi's, Russell Klein of Meritage, Jamie Malone, the new chef de cuisine at Sea Change and many more will be whipping our their knives and firing off dishes featuring sustainable seafood dishes.  Each course will be paired with a sustainable wine.
