Kieran's whiskey now available near you

​Kieran Folliard left the Irish restaurant empire he had been building for years to focus full time on his burgeoning whiskey company. Today marks the wide release of his whiskey, named for his mother and aunt, both redheads. Liquor stores that will carry the slightly sweet, sherry-barrel-aged brew include Big Discount Liquors and Byerly's wine and spirits locations around the metro, along with Surdyk's and France 44.

2 Gingers Apple Martini

1 shot apple schnapps
1 shot 2 Gingers Whiskey
1 shot cranberry juice

Mix vigorously in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a martini glass.
