​Next Tuesday, November 29, just about the time you've finished stuffing yourself with Thanksgiving dinner and leftovers, Muddy Paws Cheesecake will be offering you dessert: Free samples of its cheesecake. Muddy Paws is holding its 19th annual tasting and toy drive from 4:30 to 8 p.m. A holiday bazaar will be stocked with local products, including HeathGlen's delicious jams and jellies, Lacey Sue Z cookies, and much more. In addition to flavors of cheesecake free for the trying, they will also be offering tea from Mrs. Kelly's, plus a visit from local author and chef John Michael Lerma.

Here's how to get in on the free cheesecake:

Just bring a new toy appropriate for a child aged 2 to 14 years or a bag of pet food. All donated items will serve "STEP" Serving Families in Crisis, the Pet Project, and Perspectives Kids. Not bad bribery for doing a little holiday good.
