Buca di Beppo's headquarters migrating to Florida
Buca di Beppo's Minneapolis headquarters will be moving to Orlando, Florida, in April, according to a story in the Star Tribune.
Orlando-based company Planet Hollywood International bought the restaurant chain for $28.5 million in August 2008.
Employees can choose to relocate or accept a severance package.
Buca di Beppo representatives in both Minneapolis and Florida did not respond to requests for comment.
The Southern Italian restaurant chain has seven locations in Florida, as well as locations in Burnsville, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Minneapolis, and St. Paul. There are 91 locations around the U.S. and England, with three new openings in Mexico planned.
