After blowing the roof of its not actually New Year's Eve party, the Northstar Bartenders Guild is now promoting its second event, cleverly titled the Imbibes of March.

Like the last event, there will be cocktail samples galore from the area's top craft drink shakers, as well as food bites, DJs, and likely a lot of dapper dressers.

Here are the full details:

The event will be held at the XYandZ Gallery on Sunday, March 11. Tickets are $50 and will include eight cocktails samples, plus some small bites of food from R&R Catering. The drinks will be mixed by guild members like Jesse Held, Nick Kosevich, and Ira Koplowitz of Eat Street Social. Johnny Michaels will host a special shot table again (at the last event it was a couples shot: each toss one back and kiss for full effect). DJ Richy Rivera, another talented bartender, will be spinning tunes along with live music from the Sound System Sabotage.

While the ticket price may sound a bit steep, in addition to the drinks, food and fun, all proceeds will benefit the charity People Serving People, an organization that assists homeless families. Tickets can be purchased through their Northstar Bartenders Guild website.
