Beer Dabbler pairs breweries and food trucks for Pride fest
The Beer Dabbler is always a hot ticket. They're gearing up for the next big bash during Twin Cities Pride this summer, June 22, in Loring Park.
Food trucks and local breweries - a match made in flavor heaven
Tickets are $35 in advance or $45 at the door (if there are any left by then). The ticket price includes a souvenir six-ounce glass for a two-ounce pour from all the local breweries participating. Each brewery has been paired with a local food truck or cart. Food vendors will offer one dish for $3 each. The pairings are inspired. Here's who will be there:
Bloomy's Roast Beef and its tender roast beef sandwiches with Mantorville
Cave Cafe, the Afro-Italian fusion food, with Lake Superior
Chef Shack, the original queens of the food truck universe, with Harriet Brewing
Fork in the Road's homemade dishes like pork-stuffed grilled cheese with Badger Hill
Foxy Falafel's new truck, "Foxy Roxy," and the best falafel in the Midwest, with Lucid
Gastrotruck, chef-driven cuisine like high-brow sliders, with Brau Bros
Hola Arepa's corn cakes from heaven with Lift Bridge
Messy Giuseppe, an Italian twist on a well-made sloppy Joe, with Rock Bottom
Natedogs, the best weiners in the business and specialty mustards, with Summit
Neato's Burgers' drive-in style burgers and duck fat French fries with Surly
