Tot Boss hits the streets for the first time today

Way back in late January we announced that a new food truck, one based on the almighty tot, would be on the streets of downtown St. Paul this spring. That day has finally arrived.

Dan Docken, owner of Tot Boss food truck, will open up shop in Rice Park today at 11 a.m. for his inaugural lunch service. Docken says the tot-centric menu will include a tot 'n' beef burrito, poutine tots, tots 'n' chicken tenders, tot nachos, bacon-wrapped tots, and, of course, tater tot hot dish.
Docken says his second service is planned for Tuesday, May 8, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Securian Center on 401 Robert Street North.
