Cooks of Crocus Hill Class
Even if he's not the classroom type, a "Scotch and Steak" demonstration class at Cooks of Crocus Hill might be just what the doctor ordered. (Meats include hamburger, seared ahi tuna, and dry-aged prime rib, with mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and sweet potato fries on the side.) Or, a Build-Your-Own-Beer dinner, with more hands-on participation, and a selection of five beers to accompany chips and salsa, corn fritters, grilled flank steak, ceviche, and chocolate souffles with chili cream. Classes run about $75, and Cooks has dozens of other options.
