Get ready for a falafel party

Owner Erica Strait announced that she's ready to fling open the doors on her new brick-and-mortar restaurant and start selling her delicious falafel, hummus, kombucha, and more. The lights are hung (using some adorable little mason jar fixtures). The menu board is up, and the complimentary pickle bar has been custom made. She's pickled, mixed, fried, brewed, painted, sweated, laughed, called in a few favors, and assembled a team. Strait is ready for her tasty little empire to grow from her stands at farmers markets and the still-new Foxy truck into her brand-new restaurant space.
Fridays she and her crew had already been hosting neighborhood lunches at the restaurant site, serving from the truck outside. It makes sense that her first day of business will be Friday, August 3.
In addition to her usual treats, she will offer some hand-made sodas, like her specialty ginger ale. We can't wait to get our first taste.
