We already have good sushi on-the-go now that the Sushi Fix food truck is open, but Minneapolis is about to have another downtown option when it comes to quick rolls.
So what exactly does fast-casual sushi involve, and where will it be? Here are a few more details:
The exact site is yet to be determined, but the hope is that this will be the first in a chain of fast-casual sushi restaurants that Masu will open all over the country. The idea is that customers would walk into the shop and select a number of raw or precooked ingredients (crab, avocado, tuna, daikon, cucumber, etc.) and get a custom roll made to their specifications.
Sushi Avenue says it has its eye on a few locations and will be selecting one in the next several weeks.
