After almost 17 years in business, Pierre's Bistro quietly closed its doors. The neighborhood bistro had been a cozy gathering spot for the Edina/south Minneapolis area. Pierre's posted a sweet note of goodbye on its Facebook page, locked the doors for the last time, and left a solitary image on its website:
