Do you love good food and drink? More important, can you write about eating and drinking with wit, knowledge, and passion? Here's your chance to indulge your appetite for great food and restaurants and get paid for it.

The Hot Dish is looking for writers to cover the local food and restaurant scene and create two to four short, entertaining blog posts a week. You'll be reporting on food news, covering food events, and interviewing local chefs--like the posts you read here every day. Whether your tastes run to burgers and beer or beluga and Barolos, we're looking for applicants who are intimately familiar with the local food scene, have a sharp wit, and can write lively posts on a regular schedule.
