Glam Doll Donuts will open up shop on Eat Street next to the Black Forest Inn, reports the Southwest Journal.

The shop's concept, complete with handmade vintage-look dresses as staff uniforms, sounds like something straight out of Portlandia, so it's not surprising that the owners, Teresa Fox and Arwyn Birch, specifically cited trips to the West Coast and the doughnut shops of Seattle and Portland as inspiration for their own shop. Many of their doughnuts will also be based on Fox's grandmother's old family recipe. The big difference at Glam Doll, being among bars and restaurants that are open late, is that the shop owners plan to keep frying dough until the wee hours, saying they'll serve doughnuts and coffee drinks until 2 a.m.
Glam Doll is expected to unlock its doors on February 1 and initially will only be open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
