It's almost like the crew at Plymouth's Eat Shop Kitchen & Bar are trying to make their jobs harder than necessary. Why not just do as the previous restaurant did and buy prebagged food that only requires a zap in the microwave or a bath in the fryer before being plated up? When they moved in, there wasn't even a stove. Nothing was made by hand. Today, everything is made by hand at this chef-owned joint: the pickles, the salad dressings, the sauces.
