Food will be available from Chef Tim, a Louisiana native who operates the big, green Cajun 2 Geaux food truck. His dishes are fantastically spicy, like the jambalaya, or deliciously comforting, like the deceptively simple red beans and rice or the fresh-fried beignets, buried beneath a mountain of powdered sugar.
Beers at the brewery are $4, $5, or $6, and if you haven't yet had the opportunity to taste these killer brews, now is the time. Laissez les bon temps rouler!
