The 612 Brew taproom: Soon to be serving Mary Ann
|
After the recent opening of its Northeast taproom, 612 Brew has been focusing on adding some new brews to its lineup, and now it's finally ready to unveil its spring/summer seasonal- the Mary Ann.
612 is doing it up properly, with beer and some different beer-infused food with a release party at Edina Grill, one of the many restaurants in the Blue Plate family, on Tuesday, March 26.

In keeping with 612's sessionable approach, Mary Ann is a low ABV lager brewed with Pilsen and wheat malts, Noble hops, and a ton of hand-grated fresh ginger. "Think of it as ginger ale meets beer," says a statement from the brewers. Sounds a little out of step with this cold snap, but a light and refreshing beer nonetheless.
After the release party, they'll make Mary Ann available in the 612 taproom in pints and growlers.
The event begins at 6 p.m. and is open to the public.
