Coming soon to a food court near you

Have you got a restaurant dream? Is it a concept that would work well inside a mall? Ever wonder what Tyler Florence looks like really up close? Your time has come. The Food Network is throwing out the nets, hoping to catch its next cooking competition hit. Here is your chance for a close-up:

The show will be called Food Court Wars and will be executive produced by none other than Gordon Ramsay and hosted by Florence.

Two teams will compete to win a year of rent-free restaurant space inside one Minnesota mall. Although from their website it looks like they'll likely be out at Burnsville Center. It's a prize they estimate being worth up to $100,000.

The casting team is looking for teams with pre-existing relationships: friends, couples, or family members. The concept for the restaurant must be specific to the Minnesota region (we smell a tater tot hot dish on the horizon.)

To apply, send in your name, plus that of your teammate, a picture of the two of you, a short bio, resume, and what type of restaurant you'd like to open to FoodCourtWarsCasting@gmail.com   For more information, check out the website, www.foodcourtwarscasting.com.

Deadline for entry is Wednesday April 3.
