When dining at the Strip Club Meat and Fish, a diner needs a strategy. It's best to bring a couple of friends, people who are good at pacing themselves, and attack the menu. Order a pile of small plates and prepare to share. A great time can easily be derailed by one fussbudget who refuses to share their food -- especially if they order the Tenderloin Schiacciatta, a perfect plate of textures and flavors that encapsulates what is so wonderful about the Strip Club Meat and Fish.

Grass-fed beef tenderloin (all the steaks at the Strip Club are grass-fed) is gently handled, left in a pristine, uncooked state. Topped with nature's sauce, a runny yolked egg, sunny-colored and sitting tall, fresh from the farm. Served alongside greens, so expertly dressed they taste like spring with a tart kiss of sunshine and a lively little bite of onion. The entire dish is covered with a modest sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. The bread is hearty and charred, perfect for scooping up that silky meat. Top it with the greens and a scoop of yolk; it's creamy, rich, bright, tart with just a little salt and smoke. 

It's one of the many small plates you'll want to order, but if that strategy doesn't work out because other people don't want to share, this is the dish you'll want all to yourself.
