Practice makes perfect, even when you're talking about an actual sausage fest. That's why, in order to gear up for its fourth-annual Kielbasa Festival (September 6-7, mark your calendars), Kramarczuk's is teaming up with Natedogs and launching their first-ever combined pre-fest "Classic Kielbasa Mini Tour."

This traveling tour of meat kicks off tomorrow at 5:00 p.m. at Surly Brewing's taproom and festivities will go until about 9:00. Nate Beck of Natedogs will be serving his own regular dogs as well as the award-winning classic Kielbasa from Kramarczuk's. The Kielbasa is available for a donation of any amount, with proceed going to Eastside Neighborhood Services.

This year, Kramarczuk's won the honor of being named an "America's Classic" by the James Beard Foundation, given to "restaurants with timeless appeal and that are beloved for quality food that reflects the character of their community." The family-run and owned eastern European deli has been in business for close to 60 years.

Other stops on the mini-tour include the State Capitol building on September 3, and on Nicollet Mall on September 5. Follow @Nate_Dogs for exact location information.
