|The three B's: beef, beer and Brasa|
Everyone knows that no one does slow-braised meats like Brasa. Tomorrow, Brasa St. Paul is celebrating the succulent beauty of beef with a multicourse dinner of carnivorous, juicy delights paired with some very fine beers.
The dinner will be served in two seatings, at 6 and 8 p.m. The menu, served family-style, will feature dishes like green plantain tater tots, glazed parsnips, coconut curried brisket, short ribs, tenderloin, apple cobbler, and oatmeal stout ice cream. Each course has gluten-free options available.
