A delicious treat straight from the City of Lights
The latest meme to sweep the internet claims to correctly predict which city you should be living in. For Janna Gustin, the woman behind the mobile Paulette Bakery, the answer is obvious: Paris. How many bites does it take to get to the chocolatey center of a Paulette Bakery croissant? One.
Wisps of soft, buttery dough, a crackling crust, and that velvety dark chocolate -- it's so rich and luxurious, that no matter how your stomach roars, it's a dish best eaten slowly, giving due attention to each component. And for just $2.50, you'll be amazed just how much you can get out of this simple little pastry.
