A little bite from the sea

This week's dish comes from the "alternative protein" side of the tracks. Octopus tentacles are cooked long and low, given a quick sear on a smoking hot plank, and served with a smoky, garlic-studded sauce. If you can identify the dish and the restaurant that serves it, please enter the info in the comments below.
