New Food Network show helps Twin Cities cafe get off the ground

A new show on the Food Network, which debuts tonight at 9 p.m. CST, sets it sights on helping new restaurateurs find their perfect first location. On tonight's premiere episode, two would-be Twin Cities restaurateurs take center stage as Food Network's real estate expert, Keith Simpson, helps them find the cafe location of their dreams.

The new show is called Buy This Restaurant, and tonight's episode will focus on Kelly Olson and her sister Lisa, as they search for a space to open up a new, small cafe.

According to the press release, "After losing her husband in a drunk driving accident, Kelly wants to open a small cafe where people can gather and relax and Lisa is on board to help her find it."

The show will walk you through their journey as the pair explore a variety of locations around the metro, including a quaint cafe in an unnamed lakeside community, a bustling downtown location, and a "run-down bakery in the suburbs." The cafe is set to open on February 14, but you'll have to watch tonight to find out its location.

The show will air on Wednesdays at 8 p.m. CST, but they'll be playing a special sneak preview of the show tonight at 9 p.m. on the Food Network.
