We also recognize that dishes from La Belle Vie could easily take up our entire top 10. But the thing that makes this pappardelle with rabbit bolognese so special is not only that it's incredibly delicious, but that it's also the perfect example of how accessible La Belle Vie can be.

Ringing in at only $12, this rich, filling plate of pasta shows off exactly why more people should take interest in the lounge at La Belle Vie. Of course, you should still dive into the more intricate entrees and tasting menus that helped to earn this spot a coveted James Beard award, but if you want to see just how well these guys can cook, you need wander no further than the bar.

The bolognese is a rich, succulent sauce that comes loaded with beautifully tender, moist ground rabbit and perfect little cubes of carrot. The flavors of the sauce sing out and the perfect, velvety consistency makes it cling lovingly to the expertly prepared, al dente ribbons of pasta. Classically topped with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan, this parpardelle, paired with a hearty glass of red wine from the glorious wine list, makes for a near perfect dining experience.

So the next time you think you'd like to give La Belle Vie a try, but are afraid the visit might be out of your price range, stop and think again. The lounge menu has several great options that will give you a taste of the haute cuisine La Belle Vie is known for, without breaking the bank.
