Bike Night participants will start in Target Park and bike their way to M.I.A. to enjoy live music, beer, and art.

While we love biking here in the Twin Cities, what really excites us about Third Thursday's Bike Night is Minneapolis' first food bike, Geno's Gelato. With gelato flavors like strawberry champagne and Italian ice flavors like mango mint, Geno's brings Italy to you via bicicletta. The food bike even offers cannoli, made fresh daily. No matter what your craving, Geno's will be available to cater to you after a biking and art-filled night.

Interested in spending your Thursday night the Minneapolis [Institute of Art] way? Reserve your spot here. The event goes from 6 to 9 p.m. and includes a Nice Ride photobooth, bike gear to check out, bike art you never knew you needed, and much more.

agreed, not the first food bike by any means but it always makes me happy to see a bike pulling food.

I'm pretty sure I see dozens of bikes with cooler hitches selling ice cream and frozen fruit bars all over MPLS lakes in the summer.

People get very excited when their food is served from something on wheels.
