Long Tall Sally and her friends

While listening to the forthcoming Ramones boxed set, I got to thinking sentimental thoughts about the great Joey Ramone, who was very tall. And that got me to thinking about other exceptionally tall musicians. I've started a list, which I thought y'all could add to in the comments section below. I'm considering "exceptionally tall" to be 6'4 and up for men and 5'11 and up for women. After the "exceptionally tall" list I've noted some musicians whose heights I couldn't determine using the Internet, but whom I understand to be very tall. I've also listed some tall but not remarkably musicians.
