The linked story, from the Herald Sun, details Penn's misadventures in piloting a rescue boat that sprang a leak immediately after launch. Apparently the boat had been so over-loaded with members of Penn's entourage, including a personal photographer, one bystander asked, "How are you going to get any people in that thing?"
