Santa invites you to a burlesque show
Nick and Eddy (1612 Harmon Pl. at Loring Park), which regularly hosts burlesque girly show Le Cirque Rouge Cabaret, hosts two holiday-themed bashes this weekend featuring the troupe.
Claiming to be "more naughty than nice," all of Le Cirque's regular performers will be on hand, but decked out in their holiday finest and ready to belt out or shimmy to their favorite seasonal tunes. Backed by their regular band, Hal Longley and Bob DeBoe of Minneapolis band Chooglin' will also be there to sprinkle a little trombone, tuba, and trumpet to your night.
The show starts 10 p.m. this Saturday and 8 p.m. this Sunday. Expect drunken Santa and some mistletoe to show up as well.
