Congrats to commenter "BigDumDave," who correctly guessed that the Xcel Center would announce a show with Billy Joel and Elton John at today's buzzed-about press conference. Billy Joel and Elton John will play the Xcel Center on May 5; tickets range from $59-$179.
Billy Joel and Elton John are pretty big names, no doubt, but was it really worth that much build up? And a press conference attended by the St. Paul mayor?
