Toki Wright CD-release party this Friday at the Entry

If you're a fan of local hip-hop, there's a good chance that you already know Toki Wright, even if you've never heard his music. Whether working as Brother Ali's hypeman or as an activist behind events like Yo! the Movement or the Twin Cities Celebration of Hip-Hop, Wright's face is a familiar one in the local scene. Now, after years spent promoting his promoting his musical peers, Wright is branching out on his own with his own Rhymesayers debut.
