Looking to enjoy some holiday music, theater, and dance on the cheap? Tomorrow is your chance to buy discounted tickets for a variety of shows and performances around town.

Raise the Curtain began in 2001 as a way to encourage people to enjoy local art and entertainment following the months after 9-11. Tomorrow, the daylong sale will return with half-price and two-for-one tickets for events at bars, theaters, and museums in St. Paul.

Tickets sales starts at 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 8 and include 50 percent off admission to shows like the Saint Paul Orchestra's Stravinsky Festival at the Ordway, Ballet Minnesota's Classic Nutcracker at the O'Shaughnessy, Omnifest at the Science Museum of Minnesota, Guys on Ice cabaret theater at Camp Bar, the Minnesota Book Awards in April, and Spiked! a boozy holiday show at the Lowry Lab Theater.

For a complete list of discounted shows, times, dates, and links to where to purchase them, visit www.raisethecurtain.org.
