Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros announce local date with Dawes

​This show is bound to sell out in a heartbeat: Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, best known locally for being voted the top song (and easily the most spun) of 2009 by Current listeners, is returning to Minneapolis on June 6 to play First Avenue. The band will be joined by opener Dawes, another radio favorite locally who was just in town recently to play a packed show at the Triple Rock.

If you'd like to attend, act fast. Tickets are on sale today through Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros' website, as will go on sale through First Ave ticket outlets on Friday.
