Lady Gaga to descend on St. Paul August 30

​Well played, Gaga. Just days after releasing her 10-minute, high-production music video for "Telephone" featuring Beyonce, which has already been viewed almost 15 million times, Lady Gaga has announced a 31-date North American tour. She hits St. Paul on August 30; no word yet on when tickets for her Xcel show will go on sale, but we'll post another update once we have more information on cost and other ticket details.
